1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "kii88" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the kii88 online gaming platform accessible at kii88.net and its affiliated mobile applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a kii88 account.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the kii88 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using Philippine Peso (PHP) through any accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or reward funds granted by kii88 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers to all games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and support functions made available through the kii88 platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on kii88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the kii88 platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of kii88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary account suspension, or any regulatory prohibition from participating in online gaming.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.

3. Account Registration

When registering for a kii88 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to promptly update your account information whenever any detail changes. kii88 relies on the information you provide to operate your account, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) kii88 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must not share your kii88 account with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account under any circumstances.
• kii88 accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials remain confidential. kii88 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password for your kii88 login that is not used on any other platform.
• kii88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a party claiming to be kii88 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

kii88 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your selected payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from another person's payment account, is prohibited.
• kii88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kii88 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. kii88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• kii88 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. kii88 processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week depending on account verification status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• kii88 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• kii88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before approving any withdrawal. During such checks, kii88 may request additional documents and the withdrawal timeline will be extended accordingly.
• Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kii88 offers various promotions, bonuses, and incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general conditions stated below.

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• kii88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected Players through the platform or via registered email.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• kii88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — including associated winnings — if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional systems, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the kii88 platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game results on kii88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. kii88 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or display glitch — kii88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the staked amounts to the Player's account.
• Winnings are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon game round settlement. Settlement times may vary for live sports betting markets.
• kii88 is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from technical issues on the Player's end, including internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities.
• Any attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the software or systems underlying kii88's games constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kii88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on kii88, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any technical means to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent regional access restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with kii88.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Laundering money or using the kii88 platform to facilitate any financial crime under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain funds, bonuses, or game outcomes that would not otherwise be available.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward kii88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Suspension & Termination

kii88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• The Player voluntarily requests account closure or self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, kii88 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kii88's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• kii88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• kii88 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• kii88 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.
• Nothing in these Terms limits kii88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

kii88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the kii88 Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, government ID details, contact information, device identifiers, and transaction history.
• kii88 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulators, payment processors, and game providers where necessary for the operation of the platform or compliance with legal obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

kii88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players in the Philippines. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

• kii88 provides Players with the ability to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly from within their account settings.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available on the platform, which can be activated for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the kii88 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of kii88, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents kii88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
